Section 8. Holidays

Courses are automatically extended for the holidays at Easter, in Summer and at Christmas. There is no reduction or refund in our fees where a Course includes a bank/public holiday.

If you would like to take holiday during your course, you must inform Reception staff at the College at least one week in advance, otherwise you will be considered absent.

If you take holidays which are not agreed in advance, you may lose your place in your class and have to wait until another place becomes available.

You are allowed 1 week of holiday for every 12 weeks of your Course. We will not extend your Course for those holidays you take during your Course which are agreed with us in advance. If you want to extend your holiday, you must inform the College before the end of your authorised holiday.

Unauthorised absences from the College cannot be converted to holidays.
